Michael is part of the leagal team advising one of the short listed bidders on this PPP Roading project, which will be the largest roading project ever undertaken in New Zealand. 

Lead adviser to the Christchurch City Council on the procurement and construction of this state-of-the-art 30,000 seat covered stadium in Christchurch. The procurement stages of this project utilised a highly successful early contractor involvement phase.

Lead adviser to City Rail Link Limited (and previously Auckland Transport) from pre-procurement to execution of the Project Alliance Agreement, on the largest transport project ever undertaken in New Zealand.
